Left 4 Dead 2 DLC

Lets talk about the upcoming DLC for Left 4 Dead 2, The Passing, which is due out late March. The pricing is unavailable but info on the new weapons and extra details are now out. The only info left that is not out is the achievements, that I know of.

M60 is the new gun, Golf Club comes to us as the melee weapon, and the soon to be infamous uncommon common is known as The Fallen Survivor.

The Fallen Survivor is the new Uncommon Common Infected. It was a Survivor who was well-prepared, but was infected soon after, so it is armed with guns, ammunition, and health. They will run away as soon as they see a survivor, but after it's killed, you may pick up the items it's dropped.

Wondering why I haven't posted something new in a few days? Yea I thought so, but I'll tell you anyway. I've been working hard on making my blog look better to the 'few' viewers that come here. It's taking me longer then I'd like but I'm slowly getting there. So in the next few days I should have this fully done to v1 and start doing my daily or so posts on bull shit.

If you are wondering why I am calling this Emfulz.com v.7, it's that v1 is not here yet. When you see that the 'Attention' text leave the front page, then you are looking at v1 of my blog. Now if you see it, then read it.

This is just an update post and if you have any comments, suggestions, and such then please post them for me to read. I need input on what to make better. Now go back on your way and get to work! :D

Duke Nukem 3D 100%

Duke Nukem 3D is my 6th Xbox Live Arcade game that I have completed 100%. I'm not a very big completionist but when I seen those achievements on this game I decided to just go for them all, and I did. They take long to get but with determination you can grab them all. Now listen to me brag about how I love games and achievements. :p

I had second thoughts of picking this game up at the full price of 800MSP but seeing as it's half off I think it's a steal. I really enjoy these DOTW they do but it's costing so much money. When you see something that is marked down at a low price don't you grab it? I think we all do. Mass Effect: Redemption

Mass Effect: Redemption is a four-issue comic series, written by BioWare Lead Writer Mac Walters, scripted by John Jackson Miller, and drawn by Omar Francia. It was announced on July 21, 2009, and the first issue was released on January 6, 2010. The first issue is also available to those who order the Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition.

The story takes readers through the events leading up to Mass Effect 2. "The narrative in Mass Effect: Redemption picks up just as Commander Shepard disappears and is left without the support of the crew on the Normandy in the lawless Terminus Systems. Shepard must fight for survival, and will be assisted by close companion, Dr. Liara T'Soni, to come home alive." The events that follow will expose readers to new locations, aliens and extended storyline in the Mass Effect universe. I got lucky and found a Limited Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2 stashed away at Wal-Mart, so I decided to grab it. I haven't played Mass Effect 1 but I picked that up as a Platinum Hits so I can start where the story began. I say that this is an excellent RPG and wish I would have gotten into it when it first came out so I could of grabbed its Collector's Edition. While I read the 1st comic book that came with my Mass Effect 2 I decided to call my local Comic shop and have to order the 2nd. So this Wednesday I'll be grabbing the second and will be happy on that part. Where I'm getting on at this is that if you like Mass Effect then I recommend you get these comics since it's telling the gab between 1 and 2, which is really nice. I'll post more info on this comic book once I have read #2 or might as well wait till the final one, #4.

Aliens vs Predator

I'm back from playing too many games and getting my wisdom teeth removed. Today I got the new and improved game AvP from Rebellion. I played a few matches online and played the first campaign level of the Marines and I think it's awesome. The multiplayer needs to faster so you can get into games much quicker but other then that I'd give this game a 8.5/10, the same score that OXM has. I still suck at playing the Xenomorphs but I love the Infestation game mode, which brings back the memories of playing Zombies on Halo 2. I recommend anyone to pick this game up that loves Source games, the movies, or just loves to play some 'Zombies'. Add me if you want to play some time. I'll be playing AvP, Arcade games, Mass Effect 1 + 2, and soon BF: BC2.

Splosion Man

If you haven't picked up this game then I highly recommend you do so now. I'm late on this but till Sunday you can grab this half off at 400MSP, instead of the original price of 800MSP. The game includes 50 Single Player Levels, 50 Multiplayer Levels, 3 Boss Fights, 2 Gamerpictures, 1 Premium Theme, and 2 Avatar Shirts to be unlocked. Aliens vs Predator Demo Hits

Around 12 hours ago the anticipated demo hit the Xbox Live Marketplace, and hundreds of people rushed to download. I was right on top of it and waited all night for that demo to hit, what a shame right? Well it's not and I'm glad I did because it's so thrilling. The demo has it's ups and downs but demos aren't meant to be perfect nor do they reflect what the final game will be, it's just there for people to play and wanting to buy it more.

When I downloaded the demo I was all psyched out and thinking what will it be all about and 10 minutes later the demo finished and I got lucky and played as the Predator in my first match. It's lucky because every game you get a random species but have the option to change it. The problem is that there can only be 4 Aliens and 2 Predators at a time so that's why it's lucky to become a Predator, because everyone wants to be it.

The Predator is awesome but somewhat hard to get the hang of because he has so many abilities and 3 different vision modes. The vision modes are what helps you see the certain species better. The red is for the predators, the green is for the aliens, and the blue goes to the marines. The problem I say that it's hard to get used to is that you have to constantly keep switching between these, unless you have good eye sight. Just imagine how too powerful the predator would be if he had all 3 into 1. The weapons are sweet and fun to use as the predator. Who doesn't want to throw a combi stick through an alien? You get to choose from the Combi Stick, Smart Disc, Proximity Mine, and the Plasma Catter which all have to be found on the map besides your Wristblades. 1 other thing is that your cloak never goes away but if you sprint it fades in and out and also when you attack it goes away till you reactivate it.

The Marines are just your basic humans, which in the demo it's not good to play as since it's all FFA and Humans must stay together to survive I think. The Marines start off with a Pulse Rifle and a Pistol while the Shotgun, Smartgun, Flamethrower, and Scoped Rifle have to be found on the map. You really never have to use your pistol because the Pulse Rifle has 99 bullets in it's clip so it's really useless. You also get a Motion Tracker so you can see who's coming next to you. There's really nothing else about a Marine besides that they will be awesome to play as in a Team game, but as FFA you are better off with the Alien or Predator.

Last but not least is the infamous Aliens that love to slice you open with there tail. The Aliens are swift but have the lowest amount of health, probably because they are meant to be the Assassins. Aliens are a deadly species if you know how to use them correctly, and can be unstoppable to others. A few things to know about the Aliens is that they have no weapons but who needs weapons when you execute? They can see any species that are close enough even through walls, they climb on all surfaces, and there Heavy Attacks are unstoppable. If I can not be a Predator then I turn to the Aliens because I love to just hang out and then attack like an assassin in the dark.

Now the Demo only has 1 Map which is dark and lays it's advantages towards the aliens, 1 Game mode that is just a Free For All Deathmatch, and 1 Skin for each species. The way the demo looks is that you earn XP to unlock extra skins for the Species, which is awesome because I'd hate it to play out like Gears of War 2 did and earn you nothing besides just a rank. If you have something to look forward to then it's so much better. Below you will find a few screenshots of the Species and a video. Have fun.

Xbox Live Zune Rant

A little rant is about to take place here, so prepare yourself with enough fire power to take down a zombie army.

Lately I've been actually watching more movies and television then playing video games, probably because there is Red Box 1 block away from my house and I've been getting into all these new TV shows out there. Since I wanted to see the new American Pie movie on my TV and the Red Box does not have it, I decided to go to the Xbox Live Movie Marketplace, Zune. I searched for it, found it, refused to pay the outrageous fee for it. You get to keep the movie for 24 hours when renting after you pressed play. I used to rent from Zune because it was cheaper then heading down to Movie Gallery and picking one up there, after you added the gas price in with it.

I refused to pay for this movie because you have to pay 320MSP just for the Standard Definition, which adds up to around $4USD. I could easily just walk down a block and rent 4 new movies (not including tax) for the same price. Why do they think this is a good idea? Well it's Microsoft. I believe there TV Shows are the same way. It'd probably be cheaper just to go out and buy the Season on DvD (or blu-ray) and you could also watch it anytime, anywhere, anyplace you want. I think this is ridiculous and MS needs to revise there prices before it's too late, Red Box is taking over the Movie business.

Now the final part to the Zune is the Music Video section, and ohh-muh-gawd is it awful! You can watch the Music Videos for free through YouTube or you can set up the Media Center from your PC to the Xbox and watch some that way, at least I do. I think it's ridiculous (again) how you have to pay $1-$2 for a Music Video now, but when it first launched on the Pre-NXE it was free. I don't understand how things work in the media business but I know for a fact that these prices do not bring in a lot of revenue. Hell the Red vs Blue episodes cost money on Zune while you go to there site and you can watch for free, or even better yet, buy the Box Set and DvDs for a lot cheaper then what Zune offers. I'm hoping that Microsoft fixes the prices in the future to lower them, but that's like asking someone to jump off a mountain with no parachute. Would you do it?

Aliens vs Predator Demo

Battlefield Bad Company 2

Battlefield Bad Company 2 comes out on March 2nd and I can hardly wait, thankfully I'll have Aliens vs. Predator to pass the time. If you are a hXc Call of Duty fan then I highly recommend you download the BC2 demo right now. I used to be a CoD fan but MW2 is nothing compared to what CoD2 is and I don't think they'll ever be able to reach that peak again.

The Battlefield series are fun because they actually take skill to play, unlike other FPS, and yes I'm a big Halo Fanboy so I can say things like this. BC1 I was not a fan of because it was a downgrade in my opinion from Battlefield 2. The graphics were outstanding but the gameplay not so much. You'd shoot so many bullets from your LMG or even a shotgun and it would barely do anything, while in BC2 it seems as if they are in the right direction because it takes just the right amount of bullets to kill someone and the Sniper is perfect balance now.

In BC2 demo you can see how you can unlock attachments for your guns and vehicles, which I find amusing. Having a Red Dot Sight finally on your gun is going to come in handy, but in the demo you can not unlock any of that stuff besides 1 vehicle perk, which increases the accuracy of whatever you are firing. Also there seems to be more guns and 3 guns which I find really great edition to this game. The 3 guns are classics from the Battlefield 1943 arcade game. The M1A1 Sub-Machine Gun, M1 Semi-automatic Rifle, and the M1911 Pistol. These are all American guns from the demo since BC2 is about the Americans. It's going to be fun using these classic weapons, but the only way to get them is by getting the Collectors Edition which is the same price as normal right now and being a Veteran status for the M1 Semi-automatic Rifle. Most likely though down the road they will unlock these for everyone, just as they did for the original 5 from BC1.

There's a lot more to be said about Battlefield Bad Company 2 that I just don't feel like typing at the moment, so if you want to learn more about this game then download the demo or wait till it's release on the 2nd of March.

The Behemoth #3 Game -Revealed

Yesterday The Behemoth finally decided to officially reveal the Trailer to there 3rd game called that everyone has been dying to see. It was suppose to be released last year but I guess a month late is better then a year or more late? Valve for instance. The game does and does not look the same as there famous XBLA game, Castle Crashers, but it still looks fun to play and I can't wait to purchase it.

A story about friendship, betrayal, and a whole truck load of cats.

Having shipwrecked on a mysterious island you find yourself both betrayed by your best friend Hatty and captured by the locals. All of this is happening while being forced into deadly performances. This however, is just the start of your problems.

Ugly Duckling

I found a sad Ugly Duckling in my farm on FarmVille today. Here's a short story of how.

Matt was farming when a sad, Ugly Duckling wandered onto their farm in FarmVille. This poor ducky ran away from his old home because the other ducklings made fun of him. He feels very sad and could use a new home.

If you have Facebook, you can always Adopt the Ugly Duckling unless it's already taken. That's all for now, I just thought it was cool that I found this ugly duckling somehow someway.

Fixing The Few Kinks

Still moving and updating everything on and to this blog. It will take time but everything does and will have this fixed sooner then later. I'm also switching themes back and forth to see which ones I like and then cut them one by one just like American Idol, til I find the one I want and is worthy of my not so great taste.

First let me just say that I'm back on this blog to post random junk since I did not care for WordPress nor did I find Tumblr to be all that they say it could be. If you would like to visit my Tumblr blog which I posted alot in the month of June, then head on over to the link that says "Old Blog" above my nifty looking Gamertag.

Now I was going to use my domain of Emfulz.com on this Blog but as of right now Google doesn't think it exists and says Not Found every time I link it on here. Hopefully soon they fix that or I can find out what's wrong and get my awesome domain name back so I can be as official as those with the expensive Hosted Blogs.

There's a lot to do with this blog since I want to edit it to make it as fancy as my old one looked but that will take time since I'm rushing through my school and recently found out I am not a '09 but now a '10 unless I can flash through my Game Designing and Flash Animation courses. Want to see the small games I've made so far? I'll upload them later and post them in a new post, so stay tuned for that. I'll just say they aren't that fancy but they are awesome for being my first time but with some small flaws in them. Hopefully I get better at that.

Fable II DLC & Twitter

Lets get right to the jazz on this one. First off I would just like to say I have myself a Twitter account now but not for people to see what I do every minute of the day but for me to keep track on other people since I found out they post more on Twitter then anywhere else. Follow me all you want but I only reply to people, not updates.
2 Days ago I said I would tell you my opinion all about Fable II's DLC, well here I go on that subject. First off is Knothole Island, the main reason I bought this DLC is for the Hal's Rifle since I am dressed in Hal's Clothing and such so I wanted to be all I can be except the Hal's Sword is such a bummer because of its weakness. I really enjoyed the side story of Knothole Island and the books you collect have a wonderful story in them if you actually take the time to read the books in the game. Let me just say that it is definitely not worth the whole 10$ (800M$ Points) for this addon to the game. I would of rather spent my 800M$ Points on Call of Duty, which I barely play. The Story of Knothole Island was just way to short and I already new the ending of the quest before the ending actually came to me and since I really didn't care for that DLC I thought See The Future would be so much better and could be no worse but I was wrong.
The main thing I love about See The Future is that my dog is now a Husky which is really awesome but changing your dog should not cost you 560M$ Points. The story on this one was short as well but added more gamerscore then Knothole Island and plus came with a pretty sick Coliseum which puts somewhat fun back into the game since the Crucible is to easy and short. Overall for this game I should have asked people about it first instead of wasting M$ Points because I could have gotten better things from different games. Magic Eliminate Celtics With Game 7 win

Today Celtics have lost there spot in the finals by losing to Magic. I am a bit disappointed since the Celtics are my favorite team. I think the reason they lost because KG isn't playing and he mostly does all the work. Well I didn't mean it that way, what I meant is that they can't win without the 3rd Amigo. No repeat for this year but when KG comes back, expect the Celtics to win and show their true colors.

Lacking

I've been lacking on this blog for a few short reasons, which consist of my health and mind.
First off, I found out wednesday that I have gallstones and all that the doctor told me was that they were taking my gallbladder out. I've never been in surgery and was hoping never to be. So in 2 weeks from wednesday [2 days ago] I will be asleep getting a small cut in my stomach while they take my lonely small gallbladder.
Now this is not painful but the thing that is on my mind making me worry so much about this is, the movie Awake. It's where a kid goes into surgery and the whole time he can feel the pain but can not move at all and my sister tells me that 1 in a million people go through that which is flippin' me out. I'm not 100% sure if that's true but I have been searching for about 6 hours now off and on trying to find if it is or not, hoping that it's not but when I do go I will be able to ask the doctor to see if it's true.
If it wasn't for that then I'd be okay with this surgery. All I know is that once it's all done and over, I will have to stay relaxed for about a week or two with no heavy lifting and good digestable foods.
Nothing can be more painful then the pain I get in my abdominal every week or two from the stones. If you are wondering what it feels like, have someone pick up a brick and non-stop for about 3-6hours hit you in the chest area under your chest bone and that's what it feels like. I wouldn't even want my worst enemies to go through this pain, only thing that helps the pain is to apply pressure to it but after you are done with that then it gets worse, so you just have to sit it out and laying down does not help any.

So for the next 2 weeks I will most likely only be posting every 2 days instead of daily but then in about a month I should be back on schedule. BTW you should check My Brute out and help him level =P Until next time, here's a small video to keep you afloat.

Not able to buy since Deal of The Week took my money but soon this will be mine!
Wednesday equals a fun day for me, because M$ gets more money from me as though they didn't have enough already. In 2 days 10$ (800MSP) will be going towards the fancy game of Star Trek. It looks like a real interesting multiplayer game as you take a vessel of your choice and fight it out in space against 12 other people unless there are teams then most likely up to 6. Star Trek: D-A-C also supports Co-op up to 6 players online which makes me more happy since every game in my opinion should come with co-op. I really despise games without that feature.
I will probably fall in-love with this game more then Zombie Wranglers from Star Trek supporting Content Downloads also and everyone loves more content if it comes with achievements but sadly Zombie Wranglers does not support future content making it slowly die off into the sunset.. or in this case, a graveyard.

Most likely you haven't heard of this game and don't know what the hell the title is meaning. So just look down for the YouTube video on the latest trailer for this game and you might understand what I'm going to talk about.
This game looks really awesome and I can't wait for it to come out. Some say that it's cheesy because of the sound from the motors but have you ever seen a game that can hold 16 players in a match at once just to screw around in whatever vehicle you want? I think not.
I say everyone should give this game a shot, and if you don't like it from there then that's cool, but don't be saying you dislike this game before even giving it a shot. All games that I have come to dislike or even hate, I've got them through GameFly before my judgment kicked in.
The game comes out May 26th and if you pre-order from GameStop, you will get an exclusive in-game vehicle with your choice from 3 different colors. So what are you waiting for? and aren't you so glad that Gamestop does these exclusives so they can take more of your money?... Me too. Have fun deciding on spending the money on FUEL or more M$ Points :) Until next time...

Dash of Destruction

Today was a proud and weird day for me. First I finally got off of my favorite 2 games, Skate 2 & Left 4 Dead, and completed (200/200) my 3rd Arcade game. I'm trying to go about completing all of my Arcade games so I can be up higher in my completion ratio which is around 35-40%, and I think that is horrible! Next 2 Arcades will be my Kingdom For Keflings and Castle Crashers to complete.
The Weird part of my day was that my 2nd ever Arcade game that I completed is somehow glitched and got reset to 0/200 on my Xbox but in my 360voice.com Games Completed sig. it shows that it has been completed which is true. All I got to do is take time to go around beating it again and hope that it never happens again. That's all for a short update till tomorrow.

Zombie Wranglers

Been waiting for this game last year. It's a fun short game full of zombies and has high replay value so you are not wasting your money. The only downfall is that I didn't see the Content Downloads lit up, so I take it there will be no content which is a bummer because I'd like to see more characters and levels. This is by far 1 of the best XBL Arcade games out right now.

Micless Players

I know most of you have ran into these type of players before. The ones without a mic, always keep there mic muted, in a party chat or simply just not wanting to talk. Well today I ran into the most stupidest game lobby on Left 4 Dead, it consisted of 7 players and myself. All of them had no mics what so ever and when I left the room, they would always send me invites because I guess no one else wanted to play.
What's the point in playing on Xbox LIVE if you can't talk with one another, it's like going to an MLG tournament and your whole team is mute. I heard that someone wanted Xbox to make it where you can set a preference to only be matched up with players with mics, that is a perfect idea but I never see it happening, which is a bummer.
If my battery dies on my mic or if I'm in a party chat you'll never see me in an online game unless it's with the people I'm talking to, skate or Rock Band since it takes no talking to actually play that game. Well I'm to busy watching Jeff Garcia on Comedy Central so this ends my pointless rant. Have A Nice Day!

Night Zero

To start things off on this blog I will be talking about this awesome "photo comic" about zombies. Someone on the x360a forums told me about it and just a little while ago I started reading Episode 1 which I find really interesting. If you didn't get it by the title of this entry, the name of the photo comic is Night Zero. Head on over there to read it and the following episode which is still in production. Night Zero updates every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a new slice of the action but at least you might have something to look forward to Monday's now. Hopefully the Volume 1 book that I bought is good too, says it comes with extra things which is always a plus and with 3 different stories for only $14, you can't go wrong. Until next time...
